| Research Abstract |
マウスNeuropeptide Y5受容体の遺伝子をクローニングし、その第二エクソン内にneomycin耐性遺伝子を挿入した。さらに、3'末にdiphtheria toxin遺伝子を接続したtargeting vectorを作製した。これをES細胞に導入し、8細胞期胚に注入した後偽妊娠マウスに移植した。現在、これらの中からキメラマウスをクスクリーニング中である。
