Research Abstract	The first year, 1997, I used input voice software, IBM Voice Type Dictation for visually impaired. This year, 1998, I used IBM Via Voice 98 for to be improving recognition. But it need to train long time, so visually impaired persons cannot use this software. And I used output voice software, Via Voice 98, 95 Reader and IBM homepage reader. But I don't use Output voice software, "Oshaberi Mate". This year, I made database in my homepage. This system' s OS is "FreeBSD", database engine is "PostgreSQL". But output voice system doesn't complete.
