| Research Abstract |
Hormanderによる線型偏微分方程式論(超局所解析)を多様体上で展開すべく,先ずは球面をはじめとする(性質の良い)多様体上のウェーブレット変換を定義した。もともとウェーブレット変換はユークリッド空間上であったとはいえ,超函数の特異性をその余接バンドル上で捉えるのに適したものであることが私の研究で判っていたという背景がある。
さらに,超函数の滑らかさをBesov-Triebel-Lizorkinの枠組で捉え,ある種の作用素に関する様々な性質(特異性の伝播など)もそれらの枠組での滑らかさで捉えることに成功した。
