Research Abstract

高温変形挙動より典型的な動的回復型金属に分類され、動的再結晶は起こさないとされてきたフェライト鉄における動的再結晶の発現を、初めて証明した。Ti添加IF(Interstitial Free)鋼および18%cr鋼多結晶材の高温圧縮・急冷試験を行い、得られた試験片の光学顕微鏡・TEMによる組織観察と、TEM/Kikuchi線法、SEM/EBSP法による結晶方位測定を行った。その結果、高温・低ひずみ速度変形の場合には、大角粒界に囲まれ内部に転位下部組織を有する等軸結晶粒、すなわち動的再結晶粒が生じることが明らかとなった。動的再結晶の発現条件は、いずれの材料の場合にも、Zener-Hollomon因子(Z因子)により良く整理され、Z<A(定数)、という形で表すことができた。動的再結晶の核生成に関して、大きな局所方位差を持つ不均一変形組織の導入を前提としたモデルを考案し、上記の動的再結晶の特徴を説明することができた。また、動的再結晶粒は同じZ条件下で変形後生じた静的再結晶粒よりも微細であること、動的再結晶材は強い〈100〉集合組織を有することを初めて見出した。
