Research Abstract

約700種類のrandom decamer primerを用いて、Ryadg抵抗性系統との相関をもつバンドを探した。そのうち、103のプライマーで予備的に相関のあるものを見つけた。これから5種のプライマーについて分離後代(34系統)で連鎖が存在することを確認した。このなかで、ひとつのバンドは現在約97%の確立で抵抗性/感受性を選抜できる。このバンドについては試験系統のなかに抵抗性の確認ができていないものが含まれているので、>99%以上の選抜効率が得られる可能性がある。独立した異なる品種間(15系統)での試験でも同様な結果が得られている。現在、このバンドについてできるだけ多様な系統で適用性をテストしつつある。これはすべて独自の運営でありプライマーやPCR産物のDNAシークエンス情報は未発表であるので、総轄性独占性がある。また、まだ後代検定や多様な品種への検定を行っていないプライマーが上記103のなかにかなりあるので、より有効性の高いものが出る可能性も残っている。当マーカーは実用新案程度の知的所有権保護が期待される。
