Research Abstract

本研究では不斉リン原子を2個有する光学活性ビスホスフィン化合に着目し、これをビルディングブロックとして用いることで、主鎖に不斉リン原子を含む新規光学活性ポリマーならびに根性化合物を合成することを目的として検討を行った。
本年度は特に新奇キラルリンポリマー・オリゴマーの合成、ならびにそれらの配位挙動について詳細に検討を行った。まず、光学活性ビスホスフィンを前駆体として用い、官能基変換後パラジウム錯対触媒によるカップリング反応を経て、剛直なユニットを持つキラルリンポリマーを良好な収率で得た。対応する柔軟なユニットを有するキラルリンポリマーとのキロプティカル特性を調べたところ、両者が全く逆の円二色性スペクトルを与え、鏡像関係にある高次構造を形成していることが示唆された。
また、主鎖骨格に二種類の置換基を有するキラルリンオリゴマーの合成にも成功し、添加する塩基の種類によって化学選択的にリン原子に配位したボランを除去することができた。これにより、異種遷移金属を高分子-分子鎖上に配列させることが可能となった。
さらに本年度は光学活性ビスホスフィンを用いたジホスファシクロヘキサンの立体特異的合成を行い、様々な置換基を有するジホスファシクロヘキサンを得ると同時に、白金錯体との反応により配位高分子の合成にも成功した。
