Research Abstract

1.超伝導回路
岡部は、BSFQ回路方式に基づくAND、OR、XOR、NOTの各論理ゲートの動作マージンを±30%にまで拡大することに成功した。また、超伝導体と半導体のハイブリッドコンピュータ実現を見据え、インターフェイスデバイスを試作した。
高田は、ユニバーサルNANDゲートおよびNORゲートの設計を行い、シミュレーションにより高速動作と低消費電力性を確認した。
藤巻は、界面改質型高温超伝導体ジョセフソン接合の試作を行い、臨界電流値のばらつきはピンホールに起因するという結論を得た。
2.SQUID応用
円福は、高温超伝導SQUIDにより磁気微粒子からの微弱磁界が高精度に測定できることを利用して免疫反応検出システムを開発し、従来の機器よりも10倍〜100倍の感度で検出が可能であることを示した。
田中は、高温超伝導SQUID顕微鏡の試作を行い、室温の磁束ガイド針を用いた場合でも100μmよりも高い分解能が得られることを示した。
松田は、高温超伝導SQUIDグラジオメータを作製し、フラックスダム構造を用いることにより環境磁場雑音影響を大幅に軽減できることを示した。
藤井は、生体磁場測定のための医療用磁気センサにおいて、環境磁場測定用SQUIDを付加することにより磁気シールドを用いずに微小磁場を測定することに成功した。
3.高周波応用
吉田は、高温超伝導薄膜上でアンテナとフィルタを一体化することにより、特性の向上が図れることをシミュレーションで示した。
