Research Abstract

ASCA衛星とチャンドラ衛星(公募観測)をもちいたマゼラン雲のX線天体種族の系統的研究、星形成活動と関連する課題の研究、X線検出技術開発のプロジェクトを完成させた。
今年度の成果は:
小マゼラン雲のX線源を系統的に研究し、X線パルサー10個以上発見を含む、種族分類を終了した。最終報告の投稿論文を製作中である。
銀河系内、星形成領域の最高感度の観測を実行し、蛇使い座暗黒星雲から後期原始星(class1)と褐色わい星からのX線を始めて系統的に研究し、その発生機構を明らかにした。
オリオン分子雲中の前期原始星(class0)からのX線を発見した。また一角獣座の分子雲中から大質量前主系列星からのX線を始めて検出した。
世界最高レベルに近い性能をもつX線CCDの開発、製作に成功した。
またX線イベント抽出方法を開発し、実質的な高いエネルギー感度を向上を実現した。
