Research Abstract

1. 白金フタロシアニン(PtPc)固体へPF^-_6イオンを固体状態でドープする新しい方法を試み確立する事ができた。白金フタロシアニン微結晶ををPBC高分子膜に分散させ、この高分子膜をグラッシーカーボン電極に強く密着させたものを電解質溶液(TBA-PF_6のCH_2Cl_2溶液)の陽極とする。この陽極と白金電極との間に電圧を印可し、電圧を掃引する事によって望みの量のPF^-_6をPtPc固体にドープする事に成功した。生成物の粉末X線回折、ESR、電気抵抗、熱電能測定によって、溶液法で作成したPtPc(PF_6)_<0.5>単結晶と同じ物質ができている事を証明した。この方法によって絶縁性のPtPc固体を導電性のPtPc(PF^-_6)_<0.5>に変換できる手法を確立した。またフタロシアニン固体におけるPF^-_6のドーピング過程についても電気化学の観点から知見を得る事ができた。
2. フタロシアニン導体の混晶Ni_xCo_<1-x>Pc(AsF_6)_<0.5>の作成法を確立し、偏光反射分光、ラマン分光、ESR、磁化率に関して予備的な実験を行なった。ラマンスペクトルの測定で混晶にのみ現れる振動モードを発見した。混晶により新たに生成した電子励起状態との共鳴効果である事を証明し、この振動モードの帰属に対して提案を行なった。また混晶の偏光反射スペクトルからはコバルトの3d_z^2軌道が一次元のバンドを形成している事を強く示唆する結果を得た。この他Coを1%程度ほど混ぜた混晶のESR測定において、低温でコバルト原子の超微細構造が出現するなどπ性の伝導電子とコバルト上のd性の局在電子との相互作用を理解する上で重要な発見を行なった。
