Research Abstract |
The outline of this research is as flowing. (1)System development of discourse structure analysis of Japanese technical text. (2)System Evaluation of discourse structure analysis of Japanese technical text. (3)System development of Computer Assisted Language Learning for writing technical papers. (4)System evaluation of Computer Assisted Language Learning for writing technical papers. We obtained the flowing research findings. (1)The developed system showed better result for foreign students than the traditional CALL system. (2)Natural language processing tool enabled learners to input words freely in to the system. (3)The interview to learners revealed the system was useful to not only technical text writing but also language learning.
