Research Abstract |
On this research, for the purpose of the development of the expert systems that support the switching protective devices selection and the preventive maintenance, switching protection technology and preventive maintenance technology in the business field were researched and put in order, and the prototype system in the personal computer level was built based on the technology. 1. It was proved that it had the possibility of the automation in the design field of overcurrent protection coordination due to the development of the sensor technology and the digitization technology. 2. Though it has the big possibility of the development of preventive maintenance systems on computers due to the advanced sensor technology and optical transmission technology, it is the present condition that it is short of the data to diagnosis the deterioration of installations. 3. The expert knowledge about the protection coordination was in order and the knowledge base using the object-oriented modeling technology was built on a personal computer, and the automation system of the protective devices selection and their operation characteristics setup under the various conditions was developed and verified.
