Research Abstract |
THE RESULTS ARE SUMMERIZED AS (1) THE TIME LAG HAS REDUCED TO BE 10% FOR A NONUNIFORM DC ELECTRICAL FIELD IN DRY AIR OF 1 ATM AT 22 ° IN TEMPERATURE, (2) THE REDUCTION FOR TIME LAG MENTIONED ABOVE IS DUE TO INCREASED INITIAL ELECTRON SEEDS NEAR CATHODE PLATE BY PULSED LASER- PRODUCED PLASMAS.
