Research Abstract |
This study attaches importance to the research arrangement as the final fisical year of the research, and the current grasp of the management revenue and expenditure of the training organizations of skilled labor inside and outside the country as the investigation into the actual condition. (1) Examination of the image of the skilled labor of stock type in housing production market. A theoretical examination was done about the image of the skilled labor corresponding to the stock type house market. Characteristics of skilled labor for the skilled labor composition of the renewal construction correspondence of Denmark and cultural asset preservation of the Japanese was concretely arranged. (2) Current investigation of the training for skilled labor of the training organization of skilled labor in Japan. The current state of the training organization of skilled labor of the reduction keynote after the bubble economy era in the house market was arranged, and the adaptability to the stock type house market where the skilled labor who was training would be increased in the future was arranged. (3) The investigation into the actual conditon of tour type system of training of skilled labor of France. The current state of the training system of skilled labor of France, which corresponds to the stock type house market, was arranged, and the social role allotment relation about the management base was arranged especially. (4) The investigation into the condition of management revenue and expenditure of the training organization of skilled labor. The cost which should be borne to manage the training organization of skilled labor and the content are presented in the model, and the limit of the training cost load by an individual main business was arranged. (5) Summary The problem of the training organization of skilled labor corresponding to the image of the skilled labor in the stock type house market in the future and it was examination arranged.
