Research Abstract |
Bax and Bad is known as proapoptotic protein. When they are heterodimerized with Bcl-2 or Bcl-XL which s known as anti-apoptotic protein, apoptosis is proceed. But when cells are receaved with some stress of proliferation, Bax and Bad are separated and Bcl-2/Bcl-XL are made anti-apoptotic homodimerizons, cells are proliferated. Our study 1) detection of Bcl-2 family protein and mRNA, p53 protein and caspase 3, 2) When we use anti-cancer drugs, we analuzed Bcl-2 family protein using cell line.
