| Research Abstract |
A.Experimental animal models of stress induced sudden death have been studied.
a. Adrenalin injection into the abdominal cavity of mouse or rat was successed to make a stress accelerated of coagulation.
b. Temporary loading of forced swimming or ultrawave against rat were successed to make a stress accelerated of platelet aggregation, decrease of platelet and accelerated of fibrinolysis.
B.A rat of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) with functional injured liver was made by loading twice of forced swimming and ultrawave as stresser per a week for 3 months.
C.More miserable DIC was made by adrenalin injection into the abdominal cavity of rat of twice loading of forced swimming and ultrawave as stresser per a week for 3 months.
D.Effects of fucoidan or catetins on the animal model injected adrenalin into the abdominal cavity of rat of loading twice of forced swimming and ultrawave as stresser per a week for 2 months were examined.
a. Weighty lung, acceleration of coagulation and fibrinolysis were made by catetins dietting or fucoidan dietting.
b. Adrenalin injection into the abdominal cavity of rat was induced DIC with increase of BUN, decrease of circulating blood, decrease of platelet, accelerated of coagulation and fibrinolysis.
c. Adrenalin injection into the abdominal cavity of catetins dietting rats was induced remarkable decrease of circulting blood, increasing BUN, weighty lung and accelerating fibrinolysis. However, betterments of the adrenarin-DIC were brought about suppressions of decreasing platelet, accelerating coagulation, accelerating fibrinolysis and increasing BUN by fucoidan dietting.
