Research Abstract |
The summary of this research project results are as follows : (l). The needs and demands of the model curriculum of pre/in-service training program were become much higher for elementary and junior high school especially start for the new course of study from year 2002. The research project was related this needs and demands. The team of the project discussed and finalized the framework, construction of scheme, implementation, and evaluation for the curriculum development. (2). The trial curriculum were consist mainly three fields such as multi-media material production, new science and mathematics and multi-culture understanding. For the three fields teaching learning modules were developed with in the project duration. The project team were conducted several trial seminar and meetings in the course or short team programs either pre-service in-service. In case of in-service trial use of the production have conducted several local areas for elementary and junior high schools such as Kyoto, Osaka, Shizuoka and Fukuoka. (3). Regarding modification of the model curriculum on the project production, the team was collected feed back response from participants and comments of several key personal of the trial program seminars and workshops. The data and response from participants were reflected to finalizing of the model curriculum. Actually, the team find out the effect of the action oriented workshops and production of portfolio by the participans for pre/in service program on the purpose to adapting school to a changing society special reference of IT era.
