| Research Abstract |
平成11年度の研究実績
1.25%工タノ-ルで3.2ug/ml,32ug/mlの濃度の雷光籐を精製した。
2.妊娠ICRマウス(胎生7日と8日の2日間)に0.04ug/g(通常使用量の10倍)と0.4ug/g(100倍)の雷光籐と25%エタノール(コントロール)をそれぞれ腹腔内投与した。
3.生まれたマウスの肉眼的形態異常、出生率、死亡率を検討した。
4.生まれたマウスの行動学的分析(正向反射、傾斜板テスト)を行い、行動学的異常を観察した。
5.統計学的検定を行い、異常と思われるマウスの軟X-P,MRI撮影を施行し、画像的形態異常を観察した。
今後の予定
1.現在までのデ-ターの処理
2.雷光籐経口投与による頭蓋脳瘤実験モデルの作成の検討
3.他剤における頭蓋脳瘤実験モデルの作成の検討
