| Research Abstract |
最新の質量分析(MS)法、等電点電気泳動法及び遺伝子解析法を組み合わせ、迅速・正確な実用的診断法を確立した。本システムを用い、学内外より依頼のあった異常ヘモグロビン(Hb)症疑いの16検体を分析した結果、以下の異常ヘモグロビン5種15症例を同定した。
Hb Riyadh(β120Lys->Asn)
Hb Hamadan(β56Gly->Arg)
Hb J-Meerut(α120Ala->Glu)
Hb G-Szuhu(β80Asn->Lys)
新変異(β120Lys->Asn、80Asn->Lys)
また、逆相カラムRP-300とPartisil(ODS)による異常鎖の分離法を加え、さらに多種の変異の同定に対応できるようにした。
