Research Abstract

1.導電性分子組織体の構築
LB法を用いて微小電極上に導電性超薄膜を形成することを目標に、新たな導電性薄膜の開発を行った。前年度までに、BEDO-TTF・CF_3TCNQ錯体、Au(tmdt)_2錯体およびを用いて導電性を有するLB膜を作製した。これらの錯体のうち、有望なAu(tmdt)_2錯体、TTF-macrocycles誘導体を中心に検討を行った。
2.LB膜分子組織体の構造・電気物性評価
得られた分子組織体について、AFMにより構造評価を行った。Au(tmdt)_2についてはミクロンオーダ-のドメイン構造が確認された。この膜は、後処理なしに1S/cm程度の導電性を示した。一方、TTF-macrocycles誘導体は、LB膜作製時の下層水のイオンを認識し、モルホロジーを変化させた。そこで、膜構造を単分子膜についてはBAM,LB膜については偏光スペクトル、透過およびRAS-IR用いてさらに詳細に評価した。現在、電流同時測定AFMにより、膜のモルホロジーと微小領域の電気伝導性との関連について評価を進めている。
3.微小電極の構築
これらのLB膜とのインターフェースをとるための微小電極について、フィンランドの中央技術研究所のグループと協力して、現在電極幅100ミクロン程度の電極を作製している。この電極の上に電気伝導性LB膜を作製して、そのインターフェース特性等をインピーダンスアナライザを用いて評価する予定である。
