Research Abstract

最近では少子高齢時代の到来により、支援手術ロボットや介護福祉やリハビリ支援でのロボットの活躍が期待されている。今日までに非常に多くの研究が行われてきた。ロボットでは、ギアとアームの柔軟性に起因する機械共振による軸ねじれ振動と、多軸アーム干渉力などの負荷外力によって、モーション制御応答をあげられないことがある。一般に、柔軟性に起因する機械共振の影響が存在するので、制御する際にこれらの誤差が問題となり、良好な応答が得られない。従来のPID制御ではこの問題に十分対処できない。
この問題を解決するため、本研究は、安定な接触動作とロバスト性向上のためには、係数図法を使用して、最適な力制御のための共振比制御のパラメータに決定することができる。係数図法は閉ループ伝達関数の分母である特性多項式の係数を選定する制御系設計手法である。係数図法に基づいた、最適共振比とパラメータの設計が簡単で、容易に共振比制御に実装することができる。
また、負荷側の外力を推定するために、マルチェンコーダに基づいた外乱オブザーバ(MDOB)を提案する。MDOBは比較的簡単な外乱オブザーバの構成で、バネ定数の同定が必要ない。提案制御設計によるシミュレーションと実験の結果、高度反力応答で、オーバーシュートがなく、ロバスト性が高い結果を得た。提案法の有効性が確認できた。
