Research Abstract

本年度は、1,6-ヘキサンジオールからε。カプロラクトンへの酸化反応における反応条件の最適化を行った。塩基性無機結晶であるHTの表面上に固定化した金ナノ粒子(Au/HT)が1,6-ヘキサンジオールの酸化反応において、ε-カプロラクトンを良好な収率、選択性で与えることを見出した。反応条件を最適化したところ酸素5気圧下、150℃において最も高い効率で生成物のラクトンを生成し、2時間で収率42%(選択率45%)を得た。なお、他の固定化金ナノ粒子触媒を用いて本反応を行なっても、生成物の収率は20%以下であった。Au/HTの高活性は金ナノ粒子、HT担体の表面塩基点の協奏効果によるものであることを明らかにした。
また、Au/HTの金ナノ粒子と表面塩基点との協奏効果を利用することによって、水素を還元剤としてアリル化合物から末端アルケンへの水素化分解反応を効率よく促進することを新たに見出した。さらに、Au/HTで発現した協奏効果は分子上酸素を酸化剤としたアミンの酸化的カルボニル化反応に応用でき、ダブルカルボニル化・シクロカルボニル化によって対応するオキサミドやオキサゾリノンを高収率・高選択的に与えた。他の貴金属(Pd、Rh、Ru、Pt)ナノ粒子固定化触媒を用いても本反応は全く進行しないことから、本触媒能は金ナノ粒子に特有である。これらの2例は分子状酸素のみを酸化剤とした酸化的カルボニル化反応を実現した世界で初めての例であり、当該研究分野を著しく発展させたことは高く評価できる。さらにAu/HTは反応終了後、ろ過により容易に分離・回収可能で、活性、選択性の低下なく再使用できた。

ハイドロタルサイト(HT:Mg_6Al_2(OH)_<16>CO_3)の表面上に固定化金ナノ粒子Au1HTが、1,6-ヘキサンジオールの酸化反応によって中員環である7員環ラクトンであるε-カプロラクトンを収率よく与えることに成功した。本反応においては、塩基性担体と金ナノ粒子との協奏効果を利用することによって、高い触媒活性を発現することを明らかにした。さらに酸素5気圧、150℃において反応を行うことで、収率42%(選択率45%)を得た。
