Research Abstract

高密度地盤データベースを用いた応答解析結果より木造構造物の建築年代を考慮したフラジリティ曲線を作成した。この曲線を東部、中部、西部測線に適用しほぼ妥当であることを確認した。また、このデータベースを用いて、100m格子間隔で液状化危険度評価も実施した。その結果、数値三次元空間地盤構造の沖積・洪積の地層境界に兵庫県南部地震波を入力すれば液状化被災予測が可能であることが判明した。
液状化による側方流動がある場合に強地震波形のドリフトから側方移動量を抽出するアルゴリズムを開発するとともに実験によって制度の検証を行った。この結果を用いて強震計にフィルターチップを装填することにより液状化側方移動量を計測するセンサーを開発した。断層の永久変位を含む強震動の理論的波形合成法と非線形応答解析を使って震源断層近傍の連続高架橋や埋設パイプライン等の重要ライフライン構造物の地震時挙動を明らかにした。
GISを用いた地震災害危険度評価システムでは被害の全体像を知るための広域評価として、250mメッシュ単位で、震度分布、液状化危険度分布などの評価を行い、建物被害や人的被害は500mメッシュ単位で行った。市民が防災対策に活用できるよう本ツールによる地震危険度の情報に地域の防災情報を重ね合わせた防災マップも試作した。
GISを用いた被災シナリオ作成のために、地震時の人的被害把握のための人の生活行動データベースの構築を行った。具体的には横浜市において行った生活時間の実態調査データを用いて、職業の有無によって人の生活行動パターンが類型化できることを明らかにした。倒壊建物に閉じ込められた人の救助活動シミュレータを開発し、人的被害低減のための具体策を明らかにした。
2003年5月21日に発生したアルジェリア地震の主な被災地であるブーメルデス市およびゼリム市を捉えたQuickBird衛星画像を用いて、建物被災がどの程度把握できるか分析を行った。地震2日後と地震1年前の画像から画像のエッジ情報を用いて被害建物を自動抽出する方法を適用した。
