Research Abstract |
In fire destruction of mixture trash with plastics in simple trash incinerator, harmful substances such as dioxin, NOx are formed. Thus, the use of incinerator was prohibited. A motive of this study is that gas discharge of the harmful substance in an incinerator is reduced, and then refuse disposal burden of a local government is reduced. The adsorption removal column which was filled with adsorbent of harmful substance to chimney part of simple trash incinerator has been developed. And the adsorption removal has processed harmful substance in exhaust. Adsorption of the harmful substance which occurred by fire destruction was handled. The used adsorbent can be burnt at about 1200℃. And then the adsorbed harmful organic substance is dismantled. The previous report described that adsorption column device to remove the soot was developed with a simple incinerator, and the used adsorbent is tufa crushed materials. Because this adsorbent is zeolite, adsorption ability of organic substance is superior. This report describes that the system equipment was improved on 4 points, and the adsorption removal effect in each part was improved. In the sieve part of the chimney, the chemical compounds like the dibenzofuran almost were removed in the adsorption. In before and after of adsorption column divice partitioned in three parts, large difference was observed at the adsorption amount. In the drain part, the solution which was solidified from the flue gas was distilled. In the experiment in which printed waste paper was incinerated, hazardous soot gas was almost able to be removed from the flue gas of a simple incinerator.
