Research Abstract

Transparent compact aggregates of N_2, CH_4 and CO_2 were successfully prepared in zone-freezing method through liquid phase. Compression tests of constant strain rate show that N_2 and CH_4 has extremely low viscosity of 10^9 PaS, and CO_2 brittle-fractured in low temperatures.
