| Research Abstract |
After BCG ingestion assay, cytokines (IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α) were detected in culture medium of bladder tumor cells which phagocytized BCG. Furthermore BCG degradation was confirmed, which was internalized by bladder tumor cell after 4 days culture. These results support that bladder tumor cells act like macrophage.
