There is different physical chemistry-character between crystalline and amorphous substance. This study aimed at developing a high amorphous calcium phosphate-collagen complex material of living body affinity using this character. It was suggested that the collagen type I which has calcification ability from a precedence experiment differs from the collagen type I which is not calcified in points, such as bridge construction. Therefore, development of the bridge construction analyzing method of collagen was also united and tried.
