In late years it is reported that inflammation various kinds of disease, the condition of a patient formation include the serious participation, and active oxygen species attracts attention. At the same time it is known that activity oxygen is oxidized easily in an organization. On this account that LPS receives hyperoxidized, and active oxygen species causes hyperoxidization in redox reaction at a circumference organization is supposed. However, the report that I examined influence of an activity oxygen seed for LPS till now is so unique. These active oxygen topic progresses a study of quantity of the quality from qualitative analysis, the thing that I can catch quantitatively in high sensitivity by technology of electron spin resonnance (ESR) currently. Therefore a study of quantity of quality progresses. In addition, it is argued about a medicine erasing an active oxygen species seed represented by superoxide dismutase selectively. In particular PBN (N-t-Butyl- αphenylnitrone) has nature as a trap agent of active oxygen species in the ESR measurement and as a scavenger of activity oxygen, and its clinical usage has been considered wrong for homeostasiss. In this study, I searched influence for LPS of active oxygen species (hydroxyl radical, superoxide, hypochlorous acid), a difference of quantity of vitronectin which bred when stimulation was added to fibroblast derived from human dental pulp with LPS which received action by active oxygen species and a change of action of LPS by PBN by technique of serial biochemistry such as ESR spin trapping method and PCR method. As a result, as for LPS, received influence of hyperoxidization by an active oxygen species seed, and a result to show a characteristic change was provided.
