Research Abstract

A paper of the pure titanium prototype SSL implant and the BTE implant, was published in the fiscal 1999. In this research, bone creating activity was found in the beagle dog buried the both types of the implant, it was ascertained as being divided roughly in four periods of the newly formed bone. But in the case of the mandibular bone of adult canine, the quantity of the sponge bone was lesser than that of the corical bone, the bone creating activity was inferior compared to that of human mandibular. The experimental result was suggested there was the possibility that a slight delay occurred. In addition, the experiment done in the fiscal 2000, after the transport of the bone spicule under condition of bi-focal and tri-focal, a remarkable bone creating activation was found in the long-term group at 32 weeks postoperation. In 2001, in order to assemble the implant body, the screw, the guide pin and the plate which are designed variously, the high-speed automatic NC device was introduced, the equipment which uses the precise production method comes from the Metal injection method was serviced.
