| Research Abstract |
As a result of two physical years of research grant, we were able to that ; (1 the Viable System Model is essential to the social system, and also (2 if we use the Viable System Model in the real world, the Autopoiesis should be maintained. Beer had written about (2 from time to time, however it is not clear about what he had mentioned.
The sentence (1 verifies the meaning of whether the Viable system model is necessary functions in any social systems or not. We confirmed that this was necessary. The sentence (2 contains two different meaning. First, as Beer mentions, it is in order to bring out the Viability from the system I.Second, we also thought in the cases of the functions of Viable System Model, when it is dispersed in the organization. In order to maintain the condensation as a system it is necessary to use the Autopoiesis theory.
And now days, we can observe the development of trial development of Autopoiesis theory to the social system. However, in order to use the Autopoiesis in the real world, it becomes necessary to use the Viable System Model. We discussed both are compensative to one another.
Since it was never studied to clarify the relationship between the Autopoiesis theory and Viable system Model, this research was something new.
We have written the above contents in this book. The Study about the Theory and Practice of the Viable System Model However, the empirical research are not yet to be completed. Therefore, we would like to continue further more on this research
