Research Abstract |
Now, various kinds of machines, constructions have become to be used in the more and more severe environment. Moreover, with the explosive popularity of the electro mechanics, new interferences that could not be expected might arise. The material that can suit these surroundings are becoming highly concerned. Therefore, this study aimed to develop the materials having electromagnetic shielding, water repellency and antibacterial actions, as well as prominent durability. In this study, first, by combining various forms of carbon fiber and the basic CuCl_2・3Cu(OH)_2 powders with the vesicated white sand, which was of buddle globular heated volcanic white sand with main component of silicon oxide, the compound cement-bonded particleboard was produced. ting materials, applying the thermal spraying method, which is one of the coating technologies, to the functional coating manufacturing was discussed. That is, for the thermal spraying coatings made by the wires of adding the fluorine-carbon and the basic CuCl_2・3Cu(OH)_2 powders to the metallic tubes, the functions of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, water repellency characteristic, antibacterial and the durability characteristic were clarified. Furthermore, the thermal spraying coatings made by the calcinations powders of the waste battery were examined to have the properties of electromagnetic wave absorbency, light and heat absorbency. The results on this study are expected to be practical used for not only the technical but also the economic aims. It attracts the attention of many industries, such as the electric power, transportation, construction, machinery, and so on. Especially, it becomes more and more interested in the thermal spraying coatings of detecting various functions.
