Research Abstract

前年度に、ナノ秒時間ゲート分光法を用いて、大気中でイオン交換ガラスの厚さ方向のK,Na分布が測定できることを実証した。今年度は、不純物分布測定においてμmオーダーの空間分解能を確保するために、超高分解能OCT(光コヒーレンストモグラフィ)を実現し、レーザアブレーションとOCTイメージング系との融合を試みた。
(1)ハロゲンランプ光をGIファイバで空間フィルタリングし、これを光源とする白色干渉計で、両干渉アームの波長分散を補償して、コヒーレンス長1.3μmを得た。
(2)上記の干渉計を用いて、アブレーション深さ10μm前後のサンプル表面のOCT断層像の取得に成功した。
(3)SLDを光源とするOCTイメージング系で、UVレーザアブレーションされた生体サンプル表面の断層像を順次取得することによって、空間分解能〜10μmで生体サンプルのCa分布測定が行なえることを実証した。
(4)光ファイバ干渉計を用いて、上記のOCTイメージング系を小型・安定化し、OCTとレーザアブレーション光学系の融合を試みている。
(5)OCTによって、アブレーションされたサンプル表面周辺の損傷を明確に観察できる。とくにガラスは損傷を受けやすい。この事実をもとに、OCTとレーザブレーションを組み合わせた新たな精密加工法を示唆した。
