Research Abstract

研究実施計画とその成果は次のようになる。
1.(計画1)多機能的なイメージ情報の統合
(成果1)受動素子ジョーンズマトリックス光コヒーレンストモグラフィー(JM-OCT)に基づいて、ドップラーと偏光に敏感な計測が同時に出来た。組織の構造、血管系、複屈折、網膜色素上皮(RPE)の弁別のイメージングのため、OCT強度、ドップラー位相シフト、蓄積位相遅延、偏光の均等性(DOPU)が計算され、その多機能OCT(MF-OCA)画像全部は一つの計測ボリュームから取られた。実験式な閾値でMF-OCAの画像を簡単に統合したが、イメージの統合法が最適化されなく、その有用性は見付からなかった。その代わりに、MF-OCAの画像を楽に観察、比較するようにMF-OCAイメージブラウザを開発した。
2.(計画2)血管の特性化イメージングに応用
(成果2)MF-OCAの臨床的な応用性を確かめるため、地圖状萎縮(GA)の一例、滲出性黄班病の五例(血管新生黄斑症が一例、加齢黄斑変性症(AMD)が一例、ポリープ状脈絡膜血管症(PCV)が三例)を検査して、予備的な臨床研究を行った。六例のMF-OCA臨床検査の中、疾患の部位で非正常的なドップラー信号が五例から見られて、その位置がICGAで見られる脈絡膜新生血管(CNV)の位置と良く一致した。疾患の部位で非正常的なRPEは六例から見えて、その位置もFAFの自己蛍光の信号の位置と一致した。
