Research Abstract

平成16年度は実験的および計算を用いた研究により下記の成果を得た。
1)Fe/Hf人工格子を超高真空蒸着法を用いて作成しFeメスバウアー分光および原子炉中性子により^<181>Hfを生成させ^<181>Taガンマ線摂動角相関分光を用いて、強磁性Fe層で挟まれた本来非磁性であるHf層の磁性をその層厚の関数として明にした。(那須、森本、大知)
2)電子セラミックスとして知られ本特定領域研究における各班の共通試料であるZnOを高純度粉末を用いて調整し、^<1111>nをドープして^<111>Cdガンマ線摂動角相関分光測定を行い、Zn位置を置換した^<111>Cd核位置電場勾配の値を決定した。(那須、森本、大知、薄)
3)多価金属元素であるInを100-10000ppmドープしたZnOを調整し、放射性^<111>Inをドープすることによる^<111>Cdガンマ線摂動角相関分光測定を行い、Inドープによって生成されるZn原子空孔および(ZnO)_mIn_2O_3ホモロガス相について調べ、それらの欠陥あるいは異相による電場勾配を観測することができた。Ar雰囲気中での焼鈍によってそれらの電場勾配はZn格子位置での値に復元することから、還元雰囲気での酸素空孔あるいは異相の分解が起こっていると解釈することができた。(那須、森本、薄)
4)3)と関連し多価金属AlやZnを含むMgOおよびZnOでの陽電子消滅分光測定を行いMg空孔、Zn空孔による陽電子の長寿命化が観測され、計算からの寿命と実験値はよい一致を示した。(白井、荒木、水野)
5)Fe/Mo人工格子に現れる巨大磁気抵抗(GMR)効果を核的手法により研究するため、99Moを含むFe/Mo人工格子のメスバウアー分光および摂動角相関実験を行い、FeおよびMo層内部の磁場分布に関する情報を得た。(川瀬、大久保)
6)グラファイト中に埋め込まれた金属原子の挙動を観測するため、放射性Laイオンを注入し、摂動角相関法を用いて内包された原子の動的または静的状態についての情報を得た。(大久保)
7)オンライン同位体分離装置で得られる^<91>Sr,^<95>Zrの放射性核をFeやNi箔に埋め込み、^3He/^4He希釈冷凍機を用いた極低温核整列/核磁気共鳴法(NMR/ON)により、強磁性体中の不純物が受ける超微細磁場を精度よく測定した。(川瀬、大久保、谷垣、谷口)
