Research Abstract |
1. Fundamental measurements of the transportation system using acoustic levitation phenomena (1) Vibration amplitude - transportation speed characteristics. (2) Response characteristics of the transported objects. (3) Stability characteristics when stopping. 2. Non-contact transportation system in liquid. (1) Levitation and transportation characteristics in liquid. (2) Transportation system in liquid. 3. Fundamental measurements of the position holding characteristics. (1) Vibration amplitude - holding force characteristics. (2) Environmental dependence of the levitation on ambient temperature and humidity. (3) Visualization of the air flow between radiation surface and levitated object. 4. Finite Element Method analysis (1) Boundary conditions of the analysis.
