Research Abstract |
Through this study, we constructed safe bacterial strains for educational purpose. Because level 3 and potent toxigenic level 2 bacterial pathogens are requested to use for medical education. However, most of university does not have appropriate facility for education. Class 3 facility is not prepared for student teaching room at most of medical universities. We collected information to decrease the level of pathogenicity for level 3 pathogens and selected candidate strains for educational purpose. Most candidate strains are knocked out their pathogenic factors. We propose to decrease biosafty level of these knocked out strains ofpathogenic factors. These strains should be widely distributed among researchers to evaluate their safety level in future
