Research Abstract |
The stress cognition and the emotional appearance are the higher brain functions formed with complex brain neural network mechanisms. The influence of selective anxiolytics, selective sedatives, and benzogeazepins to these higher brain functions, were examined used with microdiaiysis. The load time of the stress, and these drugs, laboratory animal in no anesthetizing, unrestraint, and the state of the freely moving were examined from the movement of the neurotransmitters in the brain when administering them. As a result, it was shown that selective anxiolytics, selective sedatives, and benzogeazepins had different actions for the locus coeruleus (LC) - prefrontal cortex (PFC) norepinephrine nerve activity and ventral tegmental area (VTA) - nucleus accumbens (N.Acc.) dopamine nerve activity. Both of the norepinephrine nerve activity in the state of stress and VTA- N.Acc. dopamine nerve activity controlled by benzodiazepines. Selective anxiolytics controlled only the LC-PFC norepinephrine nerve activity. Selective sedatives controlled only the VTA-N. Acc. dopamine nerve activity. Differed the action on the neural network in the brain taking part in the selection of an anxyolytic action and sedative action Selective anxiolytics and the selective sedatives showed the muscle relax action which differed from benzogeazepin system medicine, and originated in LC and it was shown not to appear. As for selective anxiolytics and selective sedatives have a few effect of the upper airway obstruction and depress breathing . It was thought that there was no muscle relax action which originated in LC as the reason.
