This research was carried out in two years (from 2000 to 2002). In this research, we perceive the learning environment in this information society as the concept of "Learning Ecology". The quality/difficulties and functions of the new learning environment have been considered from educational and scientific perspectives Furthermore, these achievements contribute to the review and/or reconstruction of the research methodology of the educational technology.
Our research work follows the three evolution processes :
1. The evolvement of many education activities in new learning environment.
2. The promotion of the re-systematization of the research methodology of the educational technology in which the research focus is put on the teaching and learning activities in this new learning environment.
3. The clarification of scientific positioning of educational technology in a new time.
