Research Abstract |
We have investigated the low temperature specific heat implement under high pressure using by the Liquid-Helium free 1K cryogenic refrigerator. The results are explained in the following. (1) We have successfully developed the new ^3He circulation-type GM-JT 1K cryogenic refrigerator which was carried out the lowest arrival temperature of 0.67K and lowest temperature arrival time of 12 hours. The operation of this refrigerator is very simple and easy. We think that this refrigerator was a very useful device for the researcher of solid physics, saled as a product from the IWATANI CO. (2) We fabricated the new miniature pressure cell made by NiCrAl alloy. This pressure cell attained the highest pressure 4GPa. (3) We estimated the new technique of low temperature specific heat measurements using by thermal relaxation under high pressure. This technique was confirmed dominant method of low temperature specific heat measurements under high pressure.
