| Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is to make clear the ontological meanings of the philosophy and the theology of Greek Church Fathers, especially of St. Gregory of Nyssa, and of St. Maximus Confessor.
We find out an essential dynamism or on dynamic dimension in Church Father's comprehension of God, the being-itself and of human being, which transcends the static dimension of being. Such perspective is significant in order to research the true meaning of "image Dei" in human being, which is to represent the being itself, that is God. We are invited to realize such potentiality of ours elves, which will share the true being, collecting all the other national beings. And it is necessary far us to gaze at the ontological dynamism of Greek Church Fathers, in order to investigate the true phase of the various problems of our days and to realize the entire perfection of human being and the nature it self by the contemplation and love for God, the being itself.
