Research Abstract

The recent business environment, for instances, development of globalization and spread of Internet, closed presses for many reforms to the Japanese enterprise which has lived in peace to business management. Such Japanese enterprises have to make the countermeasure to those business environments clear and keep translating into action urgently. Those are important issues in order to maintain the Japanese industrial power in 21 centuries. Copes with these issues, individual enterprises have to dispatch appropriate information to market This project obtained the following research results toward such purposes.
1. The domestic advanced enterprise which is thought, that it has succeeded in information dispatching, are investigated and the results were converted to a database on the new computer equipment.
2. The important matters included in the information contents of advanced case enterprise are examined and the guideline concerning ideal important matter and the dispatching quantity which … More it should possess were set. Furthermore, in order to propose the guideline of data gathering and summarizing inside the company, as you investigate that of case enterprise, information and business flow of the information system package which assumes that the ideal information system of general business is suggested, were investigated.
3. From case investigation and the investigation in the United States, not only service of information dispatching plan of existing company, standing enterprise or the profit-making business body and with of the consumer or the customer, when intermediate organization or the intermediate medium which do the needs of the consumer or the customer and matching of the technicality which the Japanese enterprise cultivates are important were recognized.
4. The research direction of beginning stage was modified somewhat from the view point of research result 3, the positioning of those intermediate organizations, the meaning in industrial world, the formation important matters, and the role of the information system are studied so that the fundamental guides were made clear.
5. From the point of view examined first, the information dispatching plan of the enterprise which stands in point of view of the demand chain not only the supply chain in manufacturing and sale integrating, structure of necessity organization or the medium which are extracted from the various cases, formation important matter, developmental stage, concerning the role of the information system gathering and summarizing.
