Next, longitudinal survey targeted from the first-year student to the third grader has been conducted at both junior and senior high schools. Consequently, the following results were obtained. However, damage to property was going up in the junior high school student. Smoking and drinking also increased with the grade. Drug abuse and sexual behavior were generally low. Moreover, as health risk behavior related factors, the norm consciousness, self-esteem, sense of values, and psychosocial factors were investigated. Also in psychosocial factors, especially the sensation-seeking tendency had relation with health risk behaviors deeply, and it became dear that it can use as an action prediction measure. The feature of the effective program based on overseas trends about a prevention program was examined. The rate of actual accident experience during cellphone use was less than 5%, 20 -30% of users experienced near accidents such as the collision with a man or a bicycle, and a falling down. It will be necessary to take notice of such action shortly as new risk action.
