| Research Abstract |
【content validity】As a result of examining the content of each item on the basis of the opinion of 11 specialists, that correction of the expression and addition of the example, were necessary for all 10 items. 【construct validity and internal consistency】Method : It was requested to measure by using DRS-N for the nurse. The object patient made to the person with whom met the requirement of undermentioned a-g. a. The age is over 75-year-old, b. The urgent hospitalization was done, c. They are postoperative 1〜3days, d. There are some pains, e. It is 1〜3days by entrance to room to ICU or CCU, f. The bed rest for the treatment i s started, and it has passed through over 1day, g. It is suspected to be delirium or restlessness. The effective data number was 148.<internal consistency> Cronbach' s α of each item was0.88〜0.91, and whole was 0.91, the high reliability was shown. <construct validity> As a result of the factor analysis, only 1 factor was extracted. 【convergence validity】 It was requested to measure by using both DRS-N and NEECHAM for the nurse at the same time. The patient made to the person with whom met the requirement of a-g. The effective data number was 41.As the result, Pearson' s γ of sum total score of DRS-N and sum total score of NEECHAM was -0.861(p<0.001), and the high and negative correlation was shown. When the sum total point of NEECHAM was compared with the sum total point of DRS-N the person of the DRS-N sum total 12〜24 point was distributed between the NEECHAM sum total 6-26 point. This suggests the possibility that the person to whom it was judged "delirium" with DRS-1 is located in the rank "it is risky though does not confuse" by NEECHAM. Therefore, it will be necessary to examine more for the comparison of the points in the future.
