Outline of Annual Research Achievements

モティーフ探索アルゴリズムMKを拡張して,近似的に繰り返されるモティーフ(approximately recurrent motif, ARM)という概念を用いて,スケール不変,多重長のモティーフを効率的に探索する3つのアルゴリズム(MK+, MK++, MN)を開発し,実験的な性能評価によりその有効性を確認した.因果性変化発見アルゴリズムを仮想バスケットボールにおける人とエージェントのインタラクションの質の変化の検出に適用し,知見を得た.例示からの学習アルゴルズムについて,DMP (dynamic motor primitive)とCMM/GMRを組み合わせることにより,多次元データを扱うことができ,アクションセグメンテーションが自動化されたときにしばしば生じる混乱した例示に対して高い耐性をもつSAX (Symbolic Aggregate approXimation)というアルゴリズムを開発し,実験的な性能評価によりその有効性を確認した.昨年度に行った逆模倣(back imitation)の実験を拡張して,インタラクションの品質や人間らしさなどの観点から詳細な評価を行えるようにしたうえで,追加実験を行い,ロボットの挙動を模倣することが人間のロボットに対する評価にポジティブなバイアスを生じさせることを実験的に示した.また,対照実験も行い,従来の結論を支持する結果を得た.今年度は最終年度にあたるので,従来開発してきた模倣学習のアルゴリズムと手法を整理して,一つの体系にまとめた.
