Outline of Annual Research Achievements

化学反応からみた生命の起源、進化の理論、環境の影響ということについて、深く研究が進行し大変有益であった。具体的には、1)大域的なフィードバックが環境からある場合の小さな自己触媒反応系を計算し、いくつかの条件ではむしろパラサイト的な反応がないと全部死に絶えることがわかった。2)ペプチドモデルにおいてモノマー同志は結合できないという制約のもとで、自己触媒性が出現する化学反応ネットワークの条件を提出できた。これはALIFE国際会議2014でのベストペーパーとなった。この他にも、HCN分子の重合に関する化学実験を行い、プリミティブな結果を得た。これはミュラー・ウーリの実験のミニマル版である。
