Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ロボットハンドに適用できる高性能減速機の研究開発を狙い,ベベルギヤをヘリコン型と運動学的に同等の双曲面ギヤに変換できる数学モデルを構築した。ヘリコンギアドライブは, 特殊な最適な構造と幾何学的特性を選択することでシンセシスでき, CADでモデル化できた. このとき,重複する係数の増加に関連する問題の解を見つけ,相手歯車間のバックラッシュを制御するための前提条件を明らかにし、その数学モデル化,解析法や設計法の確立等に取り組んだ.開発した設計手法の新規性は,へリコンギア減速機がバックラッシュが殆どなく,小型に構成でき,かつ減速比を60:1と大きく取れることにあり,最適なシンセシスによるロボットハンドへの技術的な実現という挑戦的な課題に取り組んできたが、実証の段階に至っていない.今後,開発した数学モデルをロボットハンドの減速機構に実際に適用してモデルの有効性を示せるように,更なる発展に期待したい. さらには,ロボットの動的運動を確実に伝達する伝達モデルや交合歯の間の反発制御を含んだ実証的なCADモデルの開発の実現に向けた研究により, ロボットハンドの減速機構の開発に役立つことを期待している.
