Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成26年度は，2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震津波の被災地を対象とし，申請者自身が平成25年度以前に開発してきた建物被害推計手法を発展させた．さらに，開発した技術と津波数値解析技術とを統合する事により，建物被害把握技術の高度化を図るとともに，学会発表・論文投稿等を通じて，研究成果を社会へ発信した．

具体的には，被災前後のX-バンドSAR画像により，昨年度まで取り組んできた(1)津波被災地の建物流失棟数推計技術の高精度化，(2)被災後SAR画像のみによる建物壁面被害分類手法の開発，(3)一棟毎の建物被害程度量的把握手法の開発，(4)津波数値解析技術との統合による建物被害推計技術の高度化，の4種類の研究課題に取り組んだ．そして，(5)学会発表・論文投稿を通じて，以上の研究成果を社会へ発信した．

課題(1)では，建物領域内の被災前後画像の変化量と建物流失率の関係式を明らかにし，津波被災地の建物流失棟数を高精度に推計する手法を開発した．特に，オブジェクトベース解析を昨年度開発した手法に統合する事により，昨年度の課題では達成できなかった，瓦礫や土壌，建物等が複雑に混在する地域での被害推計精度の向上を図る事ができた．課題(2)では，被災後の仙台平野を捉えた航空機Pi-SAR2画像(X-バンド，多偏波)により，受信電力の二回反射成分を計算し，現地調査により得られた壁面損壊状況のデータと関連づける事により，建物壁面被害の分類手法を開発した．課題(3)では，被災前後のTerraSAR-X画像の変化量より，一棟毎の建物被害を流失，全壊，被害軽微の3段階へ分類する手法を開発した．課題(4)では，課題(1)で開発した建物被害推計技術と，津波数値解析により得られた津波流況（浸水深，流速）の空間分布を統合分析する事により，被害推計精度向上の手法の開発に取り組んだ．そして，これらの研究成果を学会や論文投稿を通じて，社会への発信を行なった（課題(5)）．
