Research Abstract

本研究の目的は人間の技術を抽出・保存・認識・再現することで人間と同様に器用で汎用性のあるロボットを実現することである。腱駆動ロボットハンドにバイラテラル制御を実装することで、遠隔操作時の情報から人間の技能・器用さを解明する。本年度においては以下の研究成果を得た。
1. 多自由度システムにおける制御系非干渉化のため、モード空間外乱観測器を用いた慣性行列の対角化手法を提案した。本手法により位置制御系と力制御系との干渉を抑圧し、高精度なバイラテラル制御を実現することができる。本手法はモデル化誤差が大きい場合において高い非干渉化性能を発揮することを、安定性解析、性能解析および多自由度システムを用いた比較実験により確認した。
2. 触覚情報を用いた人間手指動作の認識手法を提案した。本手法では、まずバイラテラル制御を実装した5自由度マスタ・スレーブロボットハンドにより触覚情報を抽出し8種類の要素動作に分類する。次に、これら分類された動作情報を参照ベクトルとして、認識対象となる操作者の動作の認識を行う。人間は同一動作においても速度にぶれが生じることから、動的計画法による時間軸補正を施し、認識率向上を図った。本手法の有用性は被験者の協力のもと、実験により確認した。
3. スケーリングを伴うバイラテラル制御を用いた動作構築手法を提案した。従来の動作再現手法の欠点は制御剛性が常に一定であることであり、これが再現時の物体位置変動に対する不適応性をまねいていた。本手法は、抽出した触覚情報から時々刻々と変化する人間の機械インピーダンスを導出し、これを基に人間動作を再構築する手法である。インピーダンス導出にあたっては動的計画法および最小二乗法を用いた。腫瘍摘出操作を模擬した実験を実施し提案手法の有用性を確認した。従来手法では把持の失敗や過剰な力が見受けられたのに対し、提案手法では腫瘍位置の変動に適応し腫瘍摘出に成功した。
