Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本申請研究は、①網羅分析手法と迅速データ処理システムの開発、②東京湾流域全域の河川試料の分析、③空間的汚染評価システムの構築・発展、の3つのテーマから構成される。
申請研究遂行の最終年度として、①について非標的化合物の検出力について従来法よりもさらに高めるためのデコンボリューション手法を開発した。これは非負制約因子分析法に基づくシグナル分離法であり、従来よりも3倍程度多くの数の化合物を同定検出するノンターゲットスクリーニング法で、ソフトウェアNMFwithDBcreatorとしてリリースした。
②について、NMFwithDBcreatorを適用し、395種の化合物同定する事ができた。この内で特に同定確度の高いものは67種であり、この中からデータ抽出容易な同定化合物27種を選びT-SENによる定量解析を実施した。農薬や化粧品の検出に加え、特にリン系難燃剤が高い相対シグナル比を示した。以上から本手法を用いることで優先的に対処していくべき汚染物質を絞ることが容易となる可能性が示された。
③について、②で検出された非標的化合物情報をGIS上にマッピングし、空間的な汚染評価を可能とする枠組みを、提案実施した。67種化合物について、東京湾流域内の各試料採取地点における検出数をマッピングした。各地で検出数に大きな違いは認められなかったが、農地では農薬類が多く検出される等の検出される化合物組成の違いが認められた。
さらに②で定量的情報を得た27種について値をマッピングした所、リン系難燃剤は都市域で特に高い値を示した。以上のように、網羅分析手法とGISを組み合わせて空間的な汚染評価を行う枠組みを用いることで、優先的に対処すべき汚染物質と注目すべき地点の情報が効率的に提供可能となることを示した。
