| Research Abstract |
基盤研究(B)(2)のスタートにあたって、当該分野の最先端の現状を精査するためにVLSIシンポジウム(京都で開催)に参加した。ここでは、技術的な側面が多く議論されたが、基礎的側面の取り組みの重要性が再認識された。そこには、異種材料の界面の電子状態をどう取り扱うかなども含まれている。
その後すぐに、本研究分野をより広く包含した基盤研究(S)の採択が通知されたため、基盤研究(B)(2)に関しては打ち切った。
