Research Abstract

1.The important messages from teacher in class
They are three types, a : Good-Bad message, b : Strategic message, c : Communication message. Recent stage, they are mixed and competitive in a school.
We verified the important messages from teacher in four practice units. Four practice units are the praise-scolding unit, the trouble unit, the teaching unit, the problem unit in classroom, we say the unit which make up a practice.
2.The improving program : setting a situation
We make two improving program : setting a situation, a : Win-Win method on fight, b : communication method on the problem unit, they are not enough to teacher's practice in class. We are going to study again.
3.Teacher as technical professional
It is difficult what expert teacher is in Japan. We think that teacher is a technical professional.
